Industry Professionals Encouraged to Wear Blue on March 11 for World Plumbing Day

The World Plumbing Council and IAPMO are calling on plumbing professionals, manufacturers, and industry stakeholders worldwide to “Go Blue for Plumbing” on World Plumbing Day, Tuesday, March 11. 

Individuals and teams throughout the plumbing industry are encouraged to put on a blue shirt or hat and social media blue, posting selfie photos and videos with the hashtags #PlumbingisMore and #WorldPlumbingDay to showcase the vital role plumbing plays in protecting public health, advancing sustainability, and strengthening global economies.  

How to Participate 

Taking part in Go Blue for Plumbing is easy: 

• Wear Blue • On March 11, put on a blue shirt, hat, or work gear. 

• Snap a Photo • Take a picture or video of yourself, your team, or your workplace showing off your blue. 

• Share on Social Media • Post using #PlumbingisMore and #WorldPlumbingDay. 

• Tag a Friend • Challenge fellow plumbing professionals and industry partners to join in.
