ARS/Rescue Rooter acquires Columbus Worthington Air

ARS/Rescue Rooter have announced the acquisition of Columbus Worthington Air located in Columbus, Ohio.

MEMPHIS, TENN — ARS/Rescue Rooter, a privately held, nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating, plumbing and energy efficiency services, announced today the acquisition of Columbus Worthington Air located in Columbus, Ohio.

Columbus Worthington Air provides air conditioning, heating and indoor air quality services to both residential and commercial customers. The company has been in business since 1936 and is one of the largest and most established premium service providers in Central Ohio.

Prior to this acquisition, ARS/Rescue Rooter only provided plumbing, drain cleaning and sewer line services in the Columbus market through its Rescue Rooter brand.
