Royal Group expands pipe division with opening of Ontario facility

WOODBRIDGE, ONT., CANADA – Royal Group Inc., a division of Georgia Gulf Corporation has announced the expansion of its Royal Pipe Systems division with the addition of a new pipe facility in Woodbridge, Ontario.

Now operational, the new facility produces high performance pressure and sewer pipe up to 24-in. used in wastewater, municipal and industrial water applications.

“This expansion provides additional capacity to better service the growing needs of our customers across Canada and the United States,” stated Paul Czachor, general manager, Royal Pipe Systems. “This investment further reinforces our commitment to the local community as one of its largest employers.”

The products have received quality and safety certification including CSA, NSF, FM, and ULC and are manufactured according to AWWA and ASTM standards. Products are available through Royal’s existing distribution channels across Canada and the United States.

With the addition of this new facility in Woodbridge, Royal Pipe Systems now has seven pipe and fittings plants in North America.
