By automating lead capture, tracking rep activity, and providing intelligent follow-ups, the platform helps ensure that sales managers and field teams make data-driven decisions, forecast more accurately, and close more deals. 

How it works: Leadbeam features seamless CRM integrations and real-time automation. Using Salesforce, HubSpot, or a custom CRM, Leadbeam updates customer records instantly with just a voice note or image drop without requiring post-meeting data entry.

The software, which is scalable, correlates inventory levels with job schedules, generates precise material lists, and can plan bulk order. Pricing is custom quoted, reflective of your specific business needs and  number of users.

HouseCall Pro

HouseCall Pro (www.housecallpro.com, 858/923-5445) is a field service management platform that enables service professionals to run and grow their businesses. Available on both web and mobile, Pros use Housecall Pro to manage their business and financial operations from anywhere.

The Basic plan supports drag and drop scheduling and dispatch of technicians, with the ability to adjust the length of visit and toggle among daily, weekly and monthly screen views. Pros can streamline their communications with customers via appointment reminders, on-my-way alerts, and before and after photos. They can also provide paperless invoices, accept multiple payment methods, including cash, check, credit or debit cards, and financing, and request customer reviews upon job completion.    

Scheduling of jobs supports drag-and-drop work orders which can be color coded into your calendar for quick assignment to the most suitable technician. Scheduling fields include description and relevant customer and job info to help employees optimally understand the scope of the job.

You can secure bookings from anywhere on any device by adding your Online Booking link to your social media posts, email signature, Website, and Google Business Profile.

Customers can book appointments online 24/7 and can receive automatic reminders of upcoming appointments and follow-ups.

An upgraded Essentials plan adds integration with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online, detailed job and estimate reporting, a visual price book, custom checklists, equipment tracking, technician performance, postcard and email marketing, and live website visitor chat. A sales proposal tool and a recurring service plan are available as optional add-ons for Basic and Essentials plans.

Providing more features is the MAX plan. Along with all the benefits of Essentials, MAX also includes recurring service plans, the sales proposal tool, advanced reporting, and open API data integration capabilities. MAX plans include white glove service for onboarding with a specialist and escalated phone support when needed.
