CEO Warrior to Host Service Business Live Seminar in Nashville

Feb. 24, 2025
The global business training, coaching and implementation group’s workshop helps service business owners with the skills they need for growth.

EATONTOWN, NJ  — CEO Warrior, a global business training, coaching and implementation organization for service business owners, will host its Service Business Live event at Virgin Hotels Nashville March 6-7. The seminar is open to service business owners who want to learn new strategies to help master their company’s growth and increase profitability.

“This is one of CEO Warrior’s premier events for business leaders who want to scale their business but need the tools, resources and coaching to take it to the next level,” said CEO Warrior CEO Scott August. “This seminar helps them develop the skills and the mindset to lead their teams effectively, attract more customers and increase their sales. If you are a service business owner and want to unlock your potential, you can’t miss this workshop.”

CEO Warrior has spent the last 10 years showing contractors how to create a growth mindset that has helped their clients earn more than $1 billion in revenue, collectively.

“Our growth was extremely slow,” said Vince Heuser, owner of Absolute Services in Louisville, Kentucky. “What I learned at Service Business Live—probably the biggest thing—is that I really didn’t know what I didn’t know. It was probably a little over a year into it, and we had gone from $1 million to $3 million in a year.”

Participants at the two-day event will learn how to unleash their leadership potential, how to optimize all aspects of their business and how to improve their mindset to strengthen their company’s team culture.

During the two-day event, participants will also learn how to:

  • Secure lifelong success
  • Use the nine pillars of wealth creation to create growth
  • Build systems and processes
  • Attract and retain talent.

Participants will also work one-on-one with master growth advisors to create a SWOT analysis that assesses their business so they can develop an understanding of areas that need improvement.

“Service Business Live is an interactive event,” August said. “We don’t just stand at the front of the room and speak to our guests, nor do we invite celebrity guest speakers who aren’t in the trades and offer little value outside of name recognition.

“Our growth advisors are the backbone of our event. They provide business leaders with personalized help to address their specific problems. It’s their actionable steps that build value for contractors and help them develop into better leaders.“

Master advisors Sandy Papavero, Jason Noel, Kevin Hill, Tom Casey and Eric Corbett will lead at the workshop. CEO Warrior’s master advisors have years of experience working in the trades and have owned, operated and sold successful service companies.

For nearly 11 years, CEO Warrior has helped commercial, residential and property service contractors earn more than $1 billion in revenue. Service Business Live is a key component to that success and is open to business owners or leaders who want to scale their businesses.
