GLENDALE, CA. — ServiceTitan, a cloud-based platform that helps residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical home service companies manage and grow their businesses, will showcase the latest mobile application designed specifically for the home service industry at the 2016 AHR EXPO Trade Show in Orlando, Florida. Incorporating industry-adopted best practices, a simple-to-use interface, and countless hours of research, ServiceTitan’s Mobile 2.0 will first be available to current customers and professionals who sign up at info.servicetitan.com/mobile2.0-ahr.
“Mobile 2.0 is built from the ground up to set the standard for mobile solutions in the home services industry,” said Vahe Kuzoyan, co-founder and chief product officer of ServiceTitan. “Through the use of a visual pricebook, multi-option presentation mode, and hundreds of other features, Mobile 2.0 lets businesses deliver more value to their customers through a modern service experience that’s expected by today’s consumers.”
“Underlying all the features and enhancements of Mobile 2.0 are three themes: optimizing tech efficiency, improving the customer experience, and generating more sales,” said Ara Mahdessian, co-founder and chief executive officer.
Mobile 2.0 expands on version 1.0 launched in November 2015 to add a more intuitive workflow and a more efficient quote presentation process. New features include a technician dashboard displaying customized performance metrics and goals, a content portal to deliver company news and training collateral, predictive search, and reminders to techs about specific forms and signatures needed to complete a job, among hundreds of others.
An exclusive, interactive visual pricebook allows for category browsing so field technicians can locate items, tasks, services, and materials quickly using image grids and lists. Further, image and video collateral are used to create dynamic sales presentations for customers. In addition, Mobile 2.0 features speech-to-text recognition that allows techs to easily and efficiently write summaries of work they’ve performed, take notes on equipment, and assign customized names to service options they’re presenting to customers — all by speaking instead of typing.
“At its core, Mobile 2.0 gives home service businesses a paperless solution that enables technicians to access full customer history, communicate with their office, track customer equipment, and proactively identify replacement opportunities,” said Kuzoyan. “We wanted to empower our clients to increase their conversion rates with visual sales presentations without worrying about software reliability. Mobile 2.0’s features were field tested and refined through ride-alongs, customer interviews, and usability tests.”
ServiceTitan launched in 2013 and has grown rapidly due to the incredible success of its customers. The company was recently named as one of the Top 100 Tech Companies in Los Angeles by Built in L.A. ServiceTitan is now the software of choice for Mr. Rooter, Mr. Electric, George Brazil, Nexstar, QSC, and hundreds of the world’s most successful contractors.
ServiceTitan’s Mobile 2.0 was designed specifically for tablets and will be available for both Apple and Android devices on iTunes and the Google Play store soon. For additional information about ServiceTitan, visit www.ServiceTitan.com.
