Wilo extend warranty on select Stratos circulators

ROSEMONT, IL — Wilo USA, a provider of pumps and pump solutions for water management, building services and groundwater, has announced a new extended warranty for Stratos, Stratos D and Stratos Z high-efficiency circulators. The four-year standard warranty takes effect July 1, 2013.

Under the new warranty program, Wilo customers who purchase any of the three qualifying products will automatically receive a four-year warranty, starting July 1. That’s two years longer than the current warranty.

Additionally, Wilo customers may add on a six-month Factory Startup Warranty and/or a six-month Service Contract. If customers choose to take advantage of all components of the warranty program for any of the qualifying products—Stratos, Stratos D and Stratos Z—their Wilo purchases will be covered for a total of 5 years.

Stratos, Stratos D and Stratos Z are high-efficiency circulators that are ideal for closed cooling circuits, air conditioning systems, industrial circulation and solar/geothermal applications, as well as either domestic or commercial hot water heating systems. These products’ ECM motor technology reduces energy consumption by up to 80%.
