Mark Woehrle, vice president of operations at Shaw Mechanical Services LLC, has been promoted to vice president of operations and special projects. Employed by Shaw Mechanical since 2003 as the manager of new construction, he was promoted to vice president of operations in 2007. Woehrle has 21 years of experience in mechanical contracting management. Kenneth A. Eggert has been named residential division manager at Shaw. With more than 18 years of experience managing residential AC repairs, Eggert is certified by the Florida Department of Labor as an Environmental Control System Installer-Servicer and is certified by Ferris State University as a Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Universal Technician.

Limbach Facility Services has announced the promotion of Martin Keyser from executive vice president and general council to executive vice president - chief risk and acquisition officer. Keyser has been with the company for more than 22 years. Scott Wright has been promoted from senior attorney to assistant general council. Prior to joining Limbach, Wright serves as an associate attorney specializing in construction litigation at Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir.

Ginny Hillhouse has joined the staff of the Mechanical Service Contractors of America (MSCA) as associate director with responsibility for press relations and communication. Hillhouse's career began as a reporter for Fairchild Publications, a trade publisher in New York City. She subsequently reported and edited for magazines and daily newspapers in New Jersey and Connecticut. She won the Washington Monthly Journalism Award, and she was a Pulitzer nominee for The Hartford Courant.

The Mr. Rooter Corp. recently honored an elite group of franchisees and team members during the company's international convention in Grapevine, Texas. This year's award recipients include: Franchisee of the Year, Paul Chierichetti of the Josephine and Jackson Counties franchise; Woman of the Year, Saunda Kitchen of the Sonoma County franchise; Excellence in Leadership, John and Maureen Romney of the Calgary franchise in Canada; Excellence in Mentoring, Saunda and Paul Kitchen of the Sonoma County franchise; Sales Leader of the Year (population over 500,000), John and Tammy Akhoian of the franchises in Sun Valley, San Jose and Tucson; Sales Leader of the Year (population under 500,000), Paul and Saunda Kitchen of the Sonoma County franchise; Rookie of the Year, Justin and Jay Ullom of the Central Indiana franchise; Service Leader of the Year, Cory Harding of the Tucson franchise; Technician of the Year, Aaron Hennagin of the Contra Costa and Solano Counties franchise; and Office Professional of the Year, Michele Brown of the Northern Wisconsin franchise.

Nexstar has announced three additions to their business coaching staff. David G. Olson, CPCU, finance coach, has served in senior management, finance and accounting roles in construction, insurance, and wholesale distribution industries. Jodi Peter, business coach, has over 25 years of experience in the plumbing and HVAC industry. Most recently, she was general manager of a successful air conditioning and plumbing service company. Susan Long, marketing coach, has over 25 years of marketing and advertising experience. Prior to coming to Nexstar, Long was a marketing consultant and owned her own boutique-marketing firm.

James A. Gillen, CFO of Worth & Co., has been honored as a winner of the CFO of the Year Award from the Philadelphia Business Journal and Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Gillen joined Worth & Co. Inc. in 1989 as its controller, and he has been Worth's CFO since 1993

Clockwork Home Services has announced the promotion of George Donaldson to vice president of operations - plumbing and electrical. Donaldson will be based in Denver, Colorado, and will work with the following company-owned franchises: Benjamin Franklin Plumbing in Denver, Indianapolis and Nashville; Mister Sparky America's On-Time Electrician in Atlanta and Denver; and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning in Denver and Nashville. Clockwork has also announced the promotion of David Bloom to vice president of operations - West Coast. He was previously vice president of franchise sales.

Manufacturers

A. Robert Carnevale, chairman and CEO of Bradford White Corporation recently announced the promotion of Nicholas J. Giuffre to the position of president and Chief Operating Office. Giuffre began his career with Bradford White in 1978. He has served as both a regional and national sales manager, vice president of sales and most recently executive vice president.

Lochinvar Corp. has announced the promotion of Stirling Boston to director of marketing, according to Jeff Vallett, executive vice president of sales and marketing. Boston began his career with Lochinvar in 2000 as a sales representative in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. He was promoted to regional sales manager in 2003, and transferred to the marketing department in 2006 to serve as the marketing manager.

Caleffi Hydronic Solutions, a manufacturer of high-quality components for hydronic and solar heating systems, has hired Woody Dickinson as a product manager. Dickinson comes to Caleffi with 18 years of experience in the HVAC controls business and has been a product manager and director of marketing at companies including Johnson Controls and Siemens Building Technologies.

BrassCraft has reorganized its marketing and product development teams to provide a dedicated focus on new product development and growth in their core water and gas product lines. Key appointments include Steve Tokarz, director, new product development; Patty Stinson, director, business development gas products; Mahesh Cheerla, director, business development water products; and Tod Mapes, director, packaging engineering.

Wright Tool Co. recently hired Ty Smith as director of business development. Prior to joining Wright Tool, Smith served in both sales and marketing in the heavy-duty truck and construction industries.
