GREENSBORO, N.C. — Brady (www.bradyservices.com), a company that provides energy systems and comprehensive building solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina, announced the expansion of the company’s workforce by nearly 5% in 2010. Brady has created 14 new positions, in addition to filling seven existing openings. The growth is due to several new contracts.
Recently hired associates include: Statewide, Mark Forester, boiler service technician; in Greensboro, Yana Reynolds, accounts payable associate, Karen Smith, administrative assistant, Jordan Powell, controls technician, and Brad Lawson, parts counter sales; in Raleigh, Butch Hancock, welder; and in Goldsboro, Jim Goldman, service technician.
“I am excited about the opportunity to expand the Brady family of associates,” said Jim Brady, president. “What is even better is when our associates are able to advance their careers within the company.”
Brady has been family owned and operated for nearly 50 years, offering an environment that provides opportunities for individual growth and development. A recent example is Joe Batman, a Greensboro warehouse associate. Last month, he was promoted to HVAC technician after completing his certification.
