Randall Mechanical finishes $8M green medical job

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLA. — Randall Mechanical Inc., a leading Florida green mechanical contractor, has completed $8 million of specialty plumbing and HVAC work at the new $63.4 million University of Central Florida College of Medicine located at Lake Nona Medical City in Orlando, Fla.

The four-story, 175,000-sq.ft. UCF project with state-of-the-art mechanical and plumbing systems has been submitted for LEED Silver Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, said Jeffrey S. Condello, company founder and president/CEO.

One of Florida’s leading mechanical contractors and service providers, the 24-year-old company specializes in advanced mechanical, plumbing, and high purity process piping installations for many of Florida’s most sophisticated landmark facilities.
