BAC’s Bill McQuade Voted President-Elect of ASHRAE

JESSUP, MD — BAC, the world’s cooling partner, announces that Bill McQuade, BAC’s Vice President for Regulatory Affairs and Global Sustainability, is now the President-Elect of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE). McQuade will officially assume the presidency on July 1, 2025.

ASHRAE is a global organization dedicated to advancing the art and science of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and allied fields to better serve humanity. Since its founding in 1894, ASHRAE has been at the forefront of innovation, publishing essential standards, guidelines, and best practices. The organization also offers a wealth of educational and professional development opportunities, empowering its members and the broader community to lead the way in building a more sustainable world.
