SEATTLE/MUKILTEO, WA — In the past three months, UMC has added several employees to the many departments within the company.
In the Marketing Department, Ashley Di Cristina joined the group as Marketing Specialist. Di Cristina focuses on a variety of marketing efforts including all aspects of the pursuit and proposal process, CRM (Client Relationship Management) coordination, event coordination, award submittals, and marketing collateral development, among other efforts to strategically position the UMC brand and its services.
In the Major Projects Group, Elijah Seenandan joined as Project Engineer. Seenandan, assists in coordinating with the field, communicating with vendors, creating and documenting submittals, conducting diagnostic tests on mechanical systems, and quality control and assurance on jobsites. He is currently working on the Spring District projects.
The Purchasing Department welcomed Aubrey Weaver as Administrative Assistant. Weaver provides administrative support and organizational oversight to the purchasing team.
In the Special Projects Group, Hailee Gough joined as Project Engineer and Tracy Hookfin as Project Coordinator. Gough supports the project and account managers with coordinating communication, creating and documenting submittals, and is currently working on the Fred Hutch Cancer Center campus. Hookfin is responsible for supporting the special project teams by defining and executing project frameworks to ensure successful outcomes.
In the Industrial Group, Minhkennedy ‘Minh’ Pham joined as Project Engineer and JB Gearheard joined as Project Manager. Pham assists in coordinating with the field, communicating with vendors, providing estimating support, as well as maintaining and creating project documentation. Gearheard is responsible for coordinating project teams delivering efficient, innovative HVAC and plumbing systems and is currently working with West Point Treatment Plant.
The Facility Services Group welcomed Joe Golden as Customer Service Representative and Emily Jones as Operations Coordinator. Golden is responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships across all markets in the greater Seattle area. Jones provides administrative and project support for our customer service and dispatch teams.
The Engineering Department welcomed Brandon Thompson, PE, LEED AP, as Lead Engineer. Thompson is responsible for mentoring junior engineers while delivering detailed engineering plans.
