Munch’s Supply Raises Record Amount for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital

NEW LENOX, IL — Munch’s Supply, a Marcone company and a leading Midwest-based HVAC distributor, has been named the #1 fundraising team in Chicago for this year’s St. Jude Walk/Run event. The company raised $42,971, their highest fundraising amount to date. Munch’s Supply has supported St. Jude since 2013.

For this year’s 5K, employees could either attend the walk at Chicago’s Montrose Harbor or fund raise virtually. One of Munch’s most successful efforts was their Senior Leadership Match Day campaign which generated more than $35,000 for the cause. In addition, the company hosted monthly raffles for employees and customers, as well as an online Summer Fun Store featuring clothing, hats, drinkware, beach towels and other items for sale, with all proceeds going directly to St. Jude.

“For the last nine years, we have raised money to support St. Jude’s incredible mission of treating and finding cures for children with life-threatening illnesses.” said Keith Kramer, Chief Operating Officer. “This year, we achieved our goal of becoming the #1 fundraising team in Chicago.
