BOSTON — Intac Intl. Inc., maker of the Wintac all-in-one business management software for the field service industry, announced the release of Wintac 2012.

Wintac manages all aspects of a field service business, including customer relationship management, field service management, prospect and contact management, vehicle management, mobile computing and complete accounting.

This latest release of Wintac incorporates new features and enhancements affecting virtually all areas of the program. Key improvements were made to the job control center, dispatch boards, inventory control, and the customer, employee and contact management capabilities.
