THE NEOTHERM BOILER LINE is a fully-packaged, space-saving hydronic solution that delivers 95% thermal efficiency. Residential sizes come in 80, 105, 150 and 210 MBH capacities, and commercial sizes come in 285, 399, 500, 600, 750 and 850 MBH capacities. The line is also available as volume water heaters in 150, 199, 285, 399, 500, 600, 750 and 850 MBH. The line of modulating boilers feature a 5 to 1 turndown, as well as direct vent and sealed combustion. Zero clearance to combustibles and convenient top connections (horizontal or vertical) make it a good choice for tight installations. They are natural gas- or LP-fired with an ASME stainless steel heat exchanger and optional boiler pump.
