Wichita, Kan. — Viega has unveiled a new look for its North American Web site at http://www.viega.com/. The new site offers visitors improved access to product information including literature downloads and press releases for its main product lines, including ProPress solderless copper connections, gas fittings, and stainless fittings, PureFlow manifolds and PEX plumbing, and radiant products.

Viega is an international company with more than 2,800 employees worldwide. The new Web site gives Viega the opportunity to post and fill open positions in North America, Canada and Central America.

This new site incorporates content management software developed for Viega Germany's Web site, so the company can make instantaneous changes to the site.

Like most Web sites, Viega's site will be constantly evolving. During the next 12 months, users will see a movement toward product videos, interactive maps, ordering capabilities and expanded sections for specific Viega customers such as engineers, architects and builders.

Contractors can log on and request a copy of Viega's Radiant Wizard software program, view Viega's training schedule and learn about the company's plumbing and heating products.

To log on to the Web site, users should go to www.viega.com and click on the American flag next to “North America.”

Viega has been manufacturing and supplying plumbing and heating products for more than 100 years. In 2006, the company moved its North American headquarters to Wichita, Kan. Viega is currently building a new 439,000-sq.ft. manufacturing/logistics facility in McPherson, Kan. Additional information is available at www.viega.com.
