1. What is unique about AAA Plumbing & Heating when compared to other companies?

We strive to give professional service to all of our customers. The way we do that is AAA Plumbing does not have a high turnover of employees.

We have been together for a number of years and that speaks volumes to our customers, regardless of who is dispatched to the service call. It is a familiar face that greets the customer which gives them a sense of comfort and assures ability. Another aspect of AAA Plumbing being unique is the fact that we work in residential new construction as well as remodels, commercial new construction, and remodels and service calls, which keep us very busy.

  1. How many trucks does AAA Plumbing & Heating have? What type of trucks (make and model)?

AAA started out with Ford F-150 trucks equipped with tool boxes and pipe racks. After our business increased, we felt it was better to move up to four new Chevy cargo vans to accommodate the additional tools and material we needed to carry.

  1. What are the most used tools at AAA Plumbing & Heating?

We use a variety of Dewalt & Milwaukee hand tools. Each van is equipped with combo packs of 1.8 volt cordless tools, as well as a variety of Ridgid hand tools, ranging from tubing cutters to Ridgid Pipe threaders. Last but not least, let us not forget our dependable General Wire Sewer machines and video inspection cameras, which come in useful thought the day.

  1. What equipment is most installed during residential jobs? 

We install a variety of fixtures depending on the contractor and their requirements. We typically install Kohler, Moen, Mansfield, Taco, Burnham, Rinnai, Navien, Bradford White and Insinkerator.
