BOSTON & CAMBRIDGE, MASS. — Winters Company, providers of plumbing, heating and cooling services, will host a training session for production and service managers from plumbing, HVAC and electrical companies Aug. 24-26.

Production and service managers from 15 service companies throughout the U.S. will be staying in Cambridge, Mass., to attend two days of service classes at the Boston Marriott Cambridge. After classes, they will visit Winters' off-site training facility to put what they've learned into practice.

“Two managers from each of the 15 service companies will be attending our training seminars at our off-site facility and following our examples in customer care and service,” said Tim Flynn, president of Winters Company. “We'll provide these managers with essential customer service and marketing strategies that they can take and apply to their own businesses.”

Winters Company has been honored with a number of awards over the years including the Local Torch Award for Excellence from the Better Business Bureau and Angie's List Super Service Award.
