EASTON, PA. — Victaulic announced that Richard A. Bucher has joined the company as vice president of product development, engineering, and will provide leadership to Victaulic product development efforts as well as strategic planning, regarding the development of new products and the investigation of new technologies and business opportunities.

Before joining Victaulic, Bucher was global business leader with W.L. Gore & Associates Inc. He received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in materials science and engineering from Rice University, and a doctorate in materials engineering science from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
