Trautman & Shreve wins contract for LEED Gold headquarters tower

EMCOR Group Inc. announced that its Trautman & Shreve subsidiary has been awarded a contract for the installation of mechanical and plumbing systems at the new headquarters for DaVita Inc. here.

DENVER — EMCOR Group Inc. announced that its Trautman & Shreve subsidiary has been awarded a contract for the installation of mechanical and plumbing systems at the new headquarters for DaVita Inc. here.

Trautman & Shreve will be responsible for complete installation of the mechanical, HVAC and plumbing systems in the 270,000-sq.ft., 14-story new headquarters facility for DaVita, a provider of kidney care services. DaVita expects to begin occupying the building in the second half of 2012.

The new DaVita building will be built to LEED Gold standards.
