PHOENIX -- Dallas-based TDIndustries has acquired JBS Mechanical in Phoenix as part of the firm's overall growth strategy in the state. The $2.2 million acquisition is the result of an extensive search conducted by TDIndustries over the past year.

According to Ed White, general manager of TDIndustries in Phoenix, "We believe that the greater Phoenix area is poised for growth, and this acquisition enables us to support that growth. JBS is a respected HVAC service contractor with loyal customers and a 20-year track record of service to this community. Our mutual business values and company cultures are a great match."

TDIndustries CEO Harold MacDowell said, "We reviewed a wide range of firms and honed in on their company cultures as a decisive factor. Our long-held servant leadership philosophy exemplifies how we conduct business. We wanted to associate with an equally customer-focused firm in Phoenix."
