MEMPHIS, TENN.  — ARS/Rescue Rooter, a privately held, nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating and plumbing services, announced today the purchase of Memphis-based Conway Services Heating, Cooling & Plumbing.

Conway Services is one of the largest and most established premium service providers in the Mid-South. Established in 1990 as a family-owned business, Conway Services has grown from a one-truck operation to a company that has built an outstanding reputation and received numerous awards in the greater Memphis area.  It is currently celebrating its 20th anniversary.

“This acquisition is especially important to us as a company — since it is located right in our home city,” said Dave Slott, ARS/Rescue Rooter president and chief operating officer. “Memphis is a great place to operate our corporate office, and we couldn’t be happier to now provide the highest quality air conditioning, heating and plumbing services to the area’s residents and our neighbors.”

Conway Services will continue to be managed by John Conway, the company’s founder.
