McGuire has more than 25 years of engineering experience in the construction industry. A registered professional engineer, he most recently served as U.S. Regional Deputy and Engineering Manager for Areva NP Inc.’s civil and layout division.
J. F. Ahern Co. has announced the advancement of two Wisconsin employees. Rick Hext has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the Company’s Madison Region, and Dave Leisses has been named Northwest Regional Manager of the Company’s Menomonie, Wisconsin office. Hext joined the Company in 1991, and has more than 30 years of industry experience and leadership. Leisses joined the Company in 1998, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from UW-Stout, and continues to be active on the UW-Stout Construction Program advisory board.

UMA Solar is proud to announce the promotion of Loren Zucconi to National Sales Manager. Zucconi joined UMA Solar in 2007 and previously held the title of Regional Sales Manager. In his new position, Zucconi will be responsible for managing all sales functions for UMA Solar on a national level. He will oversee the development of short and long-term sales strategies, support the sales team in meeting sales objectives and maintain overall management of the sales department.
Pentair Residential Filtration has announced the addition of two new team members to its American Plumber and WELLMATE brands. Heather Koehn has been hired as Channel Marketing Manager for the Wholesale Division and Rafael Herring joins as Regional Sales Manager covering the western United States. Prior to joining Pentair Residential Filtration, Koehn was a Product Manager at Bradley Corporation. As a new Regional Sales Manager for American Plumber and WELLMATE, Herring will be responsible for managing all product sales in the western territory. Before joining Pentair, Herring held regional sales positions with John Guest USA, Ecological Pallets, Ltd. and State Industrial Products.
Uponor has named Tony Radcliff as vice president of Offerings/Marketing for Uponor North America, effective Aug. 15, 2011. Radcliff will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to Uponor North America’s product and marketing team. He is a seasoned veteran in the HVAC, controls and building industries.
The Lubrizol Corporation has announced the promotion of Dale Willis to general manager, TempRite Engineered Polymers. In this new role, Willis is responsible for leading the company’s FlowGuard Gold, BlazeMaster and Corzan piping brands, as well.
