PITTSBURG, PA – GHC Mechanical, Inc., located in Chicago, Illinois, has signed a franchise agreement to become a Linc Service Contractor.

GHC Mechanical, Inc., which was founded in 1969 by Bob Geegan as the Geegan Heating Company, services the greater metropolitan Chicago area as a full-service design build HVAC contractor, and will begin selling Linc Service to their commercial market immediately.

GHC Mechanical currently provides a number of services including, but not limited to:  computerized estimating and auto cad design; DX and chilled water air-conditioning; hot water, radiant and forced air heating; and natural gas and electric heating systems.  Primarily, their focus has been on the construction industry with some service support.  Now, as a Linc Service Contractor, they are looking to greatly expand their service offerings by following the disciplines of the Linc System in delivering preventive maintenance, as well as heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) service, to their respected commercial market.

“Becoming a Linc Service Contractor will help us to continue to grow our business and our staff,” said GHC Mechanical, Inc.’s President Tim Russell. “With our many years of experience in the industry, implementing the array of tools and technologies Linc has to offer is what will help us continue to provide best-in-class HVAC service, as well as expand our capabilities in today’s market.”

Many of GHC Mechanical’s 35 employees have been with the company more than 20 years.  In addition to their loyal employees, they maintain strong business relationships with many of their customers, who they’ve serviced for decades.

“We’re a small company with many long-term employees and customers,” said Mr. Russell.  “Everyone at GHC Mechanical has a ‘can do’ attitude, which the customers admire and respect.  The positive attitude and dedication that is portrayed by all of our employees helps us maintain existing customers and secure new ones.”

GHC Mechanical joins Linc’s growing international network comprised of more than 150 independent and company-owned mechanical contractors, who service local commercial HVAC markets in the United States, Mexico, Canada, Bermuda, and South Africa.

“As we continue to build our national and international presence, we are very happy to welcome GHC Mechanical to our elite network of commercial HVAC contractors,” said Linc’s President & CEO Scott Giacobbe. “With the integration of the Linc System, we look forward to seeing GHC Mechanical continue to grow it’s already strong clientele base.”
