The Linc Group Acquires Fla.-based Sey Culhan
Pittsburgh — Tlg, the parent company of Linc Network LLC, has acquired Sey Culhan, a commercial HVAC and refrigeration contractor with offices in Boca Raton and Fort Pierce, Fla. With the addition of Sey Culhan, Linc now will have three company-owned locations in Florida.
Sey Culhan, established in 1965 by Seymour Culhan, has experienced more than 40 years of steady growth, eventually incorporating in 1996 under President Bill Culhan. In addition to commercial HVAC service, Sey Culhan services control systems, low temperature refrigeration, built-up and split systems, data rooms and centrifugal chillers. The company provides 24-hour service from North Central Florida to Key West. Sey Culhan will be re-branded as Linc Mechanical LLC and led by Bill Culhan and Dan Klein, Linc's senior vice president of Florida.
