INDIANAPOLIS — Kaldewei expanded its North American presence with the addition of two independent sales agency partners this month.

New partner agencies will be responsible for calling on all levels of the plumbing specification process, including mechanical contractors, hospitality developers, plumbing wholesalers, kitchen and bath showrooms, and builders. They will work closely with the team at Kaldewei USA here, including Robert Sapienza, vice president of sales.

The new sales contacts, agencies and the areas they cover include John Weinstein of the Weinstein Group, covering Washington D.C., Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania; and Humberto Espinosa of Esar Comercializadora SA de CV, covering Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

“This move is a big step forward in increasing our presence in all of North America,” said Sapienza. “With the addition of The Weinstein Group and Esar Comercializadora, our footprint will be greatly expanded in the Eastern U.S. and in two emerging growth markets, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.”
