COLLIERVILLE, TENN. – IPS Corporation today announced its acquisition of American Brass & Aluminum Foundry.  AB&A (located in the Los Angeles area) produces and markets a full line of bath wastes, plastic, cast iron and brass plumbing drains and fittings, cleanouts and associated accessories. IPS Corp. is the leading manufacturer of industrial and commercial solvent cements, primers, sealants, plumbing and roofing products, as well as structural and assembly adhesives.
