EAST LANSING, MICH. — I read Bob Miodonski's editorial "'Talk to Your Plumber' book speaks volumes" (Au-) and have been trying to locate-this book. But I have been unable any information through a Web search and would like to get a copy for our office.

Please forward any publishing or other information that would help me obtain a copy. I have been in the trades since 1968, and I could not agree with Bob more about the image the plumbing industry has with the general public.
