WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINN — Best practices group Nexstar is giving independent plumbing, heating and cooling contractors an opportunity to learn more about running a service operation June 24-25 in Buffalo, N.Y.

The Money Masters event is part seminar on the fundamentals of running a service business and part tour of Nexstar member Roy’s Plumbing in Buffalo. The program will present Nexstar’s methods for implementing profitability and fiscal management techniques as well as creating changes in a company. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet and question the owner, technicians, staff and managers of Roy’s Plumbing.

The registration fee of $299 per person will be credited in full to attendees choosing to join Nexstar. The seminar is intended for owners, CEOs and company leaders. Deadline for registration is June 10.
