QSC members to learn Power Talk
FALLS CHURCH, VA. — Service and repair contractors will learn how to “power talk” Aug. 1-3 at the Quality Service Contractors’ Power Meeting XVII in Kansas City, Mo.
Keynote speaker George Walther’s “Power Talking: The Language of Success” program will explain how to be more positive and persuasive in everyday conversations. Other seminar topics will include: “How to Find, Train, Motivate and Retain Employees”; “How to Get the Job at Your Price”; “Implementing a Company Policy Manual”; and “Sifting Out Profit.”
