MINNEAPOLIS — Rubinetterie Utensilerie Bonomi, the Italian brass valve manufacturer along with its U.S. subsidiary RuB Inc., is celebrating RuB's 10th year as a U.S. corporation. Formed as a corporation in 1994 by owner Silvio Bonomi and his two sons, Luciano and Sandro, RuB sells direct to its customer base, most of which are independent wholesalers, through a North American network of manufacturers rep organizations and RuB regional sales managers.

The parent company, a seventh-generation business based in Brescia, Italy, makes all the RuB brass ball and needle valve products.

Rubinetterie markets brass valves worldwide from its 150,000-sq.-ft. ISO 9001 plant and has made brass valves for 50 years. North America is the firm's largest market worldwide.

Vice President Sandro Bonomi said the company double seal pressure tests every valve and offers a 150%, twoyear warranty.
