C2000 elects officers, board members
WHITE BEAR LAKE, MINN. — Edward A. Wolfe Jr. of Wolfe Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning in Newburgh, N.Y, recently was elected chairman and chief executive officer of Contractors 2000 at a recent board of directors meeting. He succeeds Keith Broyles of Broyles Plumbing, Heating, Cooling of New Castle, Ind.
Wolfe has been a member of Contractors 2000 since 1994. Since joining the organization, Wolfe has grown his service company, which now has more than 40 employees. He is a senior trainer for Contractors 2000, specializing in budgeting, marketing and business management. He has written on these topics for business publications and has been a speaker at the HVACR Comfortech convention.
Other new officers are: Tim McGuire of McGuire and Sons Plumbing, Heating & Cooling in Minneapolis, vice chairman; Julie Wieman of MacGregor Plumbing & Heating in Harbor Springs, Mich., secretary; and Arnie Shaw of Centennial Plumbing, Heating & Electrical in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, treasurer.
Contractors 2000 members recently re-elected McGuire and Broyles to serve two-year terms on the board of directors . The other board members are John Ward of Applewood Plumbing & Heating in Denver; Kathy Love of Gene Love Plumbing Service in West Columbia, S.C.; Patrick Kennedy of Mister Sparky Inc. in Marietta, Ga.; and Bill Raymond of Frank & Lindy Plumbing & Heating Service Co. in Peekskill, N.Y.
Contractors 2000 is a training organization providing members with business systems and tools in management, operations, marketing and finance. It is 100% member owned, allowing a greater share of income to be invested in member programs and services. Contractors 2000 serves electrical, HVAC and plumbing service providers in the United States and Canada. The group also has members in Australia and countries of the Caribbean.
