The company licenses the phone number “1-800-PLUMBING” by exclusive geographic territories. The company said it will add tools to help plumbing contractors manage their businesses more effectively as their growth increases.

Licensees receive a marketing guide, color logo, radio jingle and various marketing samples. The 1-800-PLUMBING Website has been redesigned to allow customers to enter a zip code to find the 1-800-PLUMBING licensee in their area, the company said.

The company recently formed a partnership with Teletrac, which provides real-time location information and immediate communication for mobile workforces. This use of technology will improve productivity, save fuel and increase customer service, the company said.
