Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukah and Happy New Year

CHICAGO — The staff at CONTRACTOR magazine and our supplements, Radiant Living magazine and Green Mechanical Contractor magazine, wish you, your families, your employees, co-workers and colleagues peace and joy during this holiday season.

It’s easy to get caught up in technology and the intricacies and aggravations of running a business, but it’s really all about the people we meet and work with on a daily basis. We at CONTRACTOR cherish the relationships we’ve formed with the people at contracting firms, trade associations, advertisers, and even our worthy competitors. The plumbing-heating-cooling industry is blessed to be filled with really nice people. Besides being the salt of the earth, they are consummate professionals.

In our January issue we’ll report on what people in the industry are expecting to see in 2011. We’ll have some good news and some ok news. Some markets will be unchanged from what they were in 2010. The good news across all the markets, however, is that we’ve run out of bad news.
