MINNEAPOLIS – Construction contractors looking for proven solutions to add spark to their business can attend the Sept. 21-23 Construction Contractors’ Alliance fall meeting in Minneapolis.

The meeting will offer a wide variety of speakers, contractor roundtables and manufacturer/vendor interaction that is sure to energize attendees and their companies. For example, contractors can learn how to build a positive team and culture that performs at the highest potential, as international best-selling author Jon Gordon discusses “The Energy Bus: 10 Rules to Fuel Your Life, Work, and Team with Positive Energy.” Contractors will also hear from an industry manufacturer, who will discuss changes in the supply chain and how they affect plumbing and mechanical new construction contractors.

Got a problem at your business that’s been bugging you? In peer group sessions, contractors will receive feedback and suggestions that will give them fresh ways to look at things and new strategies to try back home. During a Business Solutions session, attendees can brainstorm with other contractors to see what the “Next Big Thing” is that companies like theirs can offer, but competitors do not.

As a bonus, all CCA meeting registrants will have full access to the Sept. 21-24 CONNECT 2011, the annual convention of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors — National Association. That means the registration package includes a Product & Technology Showcase and Lunch, top-tier educational sessions, numerous social and networking events, and speakers — not to mention an optional golf tournament, behind-the-scenes tour of the LEED-certified Target Field Stadium, and a Minnesota Twins vs. Seattle Mariners baseball game.

Non-members of CCA are invited to attend and, if they decide to join CCA afterwards, the meeting registration fee will be applied to their first year of membership dues. For more information, visit www.phccweb.org/cca, or call 800/533-7694.
