GREENSBORO, N.C. (March 10, 2011)— Brady Inc. (www.bradyservices.com), a Trane franchise that provides energy systems and comprehensive building solutions for commercial and industrial facilities across North Carolina, announces today that the company has donated a $300,000 HVAC system to the Greensboro Coliseum. The donation is part of the private funding used to create a three-tiered VIP lounge named The Terrace.

The ACC Conference was born at the Greensboro Coliseum 58 years ago. Since then, the coliseum has hosted more than 23 ACC men’s tournaments and the past 12-consecutive ACC women’s tournaments.

“The coliseum is a source of pride for the community and is a major tourist draw to the area,” says Jim Brady, president of Brady. “The addition will help ensure that the coliseum remains one of the most actively booked facilities in the country.”

The donation of both equipment and installation includes:

  • Two 35-ton rooftop gas pack units equipped with spring isolators for noise reduction
  • Ductwork distribution system with custom diffusers
  • Gas and gas ventilation piping
  • Complete test and balancing of the system
