Bradford White a Presenting Sponsor at the 2010 NFL Alumni Philadelphia Chapter Charity Golf Classic
AMBLER, PA – Bradford White was the Presenting Sponsor of the 2010 NFL Alumni Philadelphia Chapter Charity Golf Classic. The fund raising event was hosted by Ron Jaworksi’s Running Deer Golf Club in Pittsgrove, NJ.
In the fund raising efforts, Bradford White donated twenty-five thousand dollars to the NFL Alumni Philadelphia chapter. The net proceeds from the Philadelphia Chapter NFL Alumni tournament are donated to various local youth charities.
Since the first charity event in 1979, the NFL Alumni’s Charity Golf Tour has grown into a major fundraising vehicle. Approximately 33 tournaments are held annually in cities across the country. The tour generates nearly $2 million per year for local and national charities.
The Philadelphia Chapter event at Running Deer Golf Club in Pittsgrove, N.J. saw Bengals assistant coach Paul Guenther’s five-some beat out a field of 24 other teams captained by retired and current NFL players that included Hall of Famer Tommy McDonald, Ron Jaworski, Mike Quick, Beasley Reece, Joe Pisarcik, Joe Thomas and Jon Runyan.
