MEMPHIS, TENN. — ARS/Rescue Rooter, a privately held, nationwide provider of air conditioning, heating, plumbing and energy efficient attic insulation services, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Brothers Air & Heat, Inc. located in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Brothers Air & Heat is one of the largest, and most established, premium service providers in the greater Charlotte, North Carolina metropolitan market. Brothers has rapidly grown from a small operation to a company that has built an outstanding reputation and received numerous awards for workmanship and community involvement. They were awarded the honor of Best Contractors to Work For in 2010 by Contractor’s Weekly news magazine.
