TORONTO – Armstrong Ltd. announced that Leroy Wright of Desco Plumbing & Heating, Etobicoke, Ontario, is the grand prize winner of It’s Time, a wholesaler and contractor promotion.

Wright received an all-expenses paid trip to Honolulu, Hawaii, and tickets for the NFL Pro Bowl Game. The promotional campaign was open to all Armstrong wholesalers and contractors in North America.
