Gowan receives contract

Norwalk, Conn. - Gowan Inc. recently received a contract for an expansion project at Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems in Houston. Gowan will be responsible for the mechanical systems installations in the hospital's 59,000-sq.ft. satellite kitchen. The project includes the installation of a complete HVAC and plumbing retrofit, control systems and grease exhaust systems.

“We are pleased to be involved in the expansion of such an important community institution as Memorial Hermann Hospital Systems,” said Mark Froman, president and CEO of Gowan. “As the largest mechanical and sheet metal contractor in the Houston area, being part of the community and its improvement is consistent with our past and our passion for serving its residents.”
