After almost a decade of steady growth, PexSupply.com, a Long Island, New York-based plumbing and HVAC online retailer has announced that it will formally change its name to SupplyHouse.com.
PexSupply.com has been growing at an annual rate of 30% for over eight years. President Josh Meyerowitz believes the new name could result in doubling the business in the next three to five years and better reflects the company’s goal to provide plumbing and HVAC materials fast, with personalized service just like walking into a local shop. The PexSupply.com name ties the company closely to PEX tubing, a product which today makes up only about 15% of their growing business. SupplyHouse is a name that will better represent the brand in the long run because in reality, we carry over 50,000 items from more than 300 brands-there’s much more to us than just PEX.
