ARC Mechanical Contractors Acquire Montshire Mechanical

ARC Mechanical Contractors have announced the acquisition of Montshire Mechanical Services Inc.

LEBANON, NH – ARC Mechanical Contractors have announced the acquisition of Montshire Mechanical Services Inc. For 20 years Montshire Mechanical has provided refrigeration and air-conditioning service to New Hampshire’s Upper Valley. Owners Skip Spaulding and Joe Lukash have expressed their confidence that ARC will continue its commitment to quality service.

ARC Mechanical Contractors, located in Lebanon, New Hampshire and Bradford, Vermont, has been in business for over 60 years. The company is capable of servicing the equipment previously handled by Montshire, and has extensive experience with plumbing, mechanical piping, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, ductwork, and control systems. In addition, the company also installs geothermal, solar thermal and hybrid heating and cooling systems.

ARC offers design/build services for new construction or renovation, as well as 24/7 emergency service. The company boasts 70 employees, including service technicians, installers, gas fitters, electricians, plumbers, project foremen and supervisors, a group that includes three LEED Accredited Professionals. The company’s service manager, Jody Perkins, has over 17 years HVAC-R experience and holds three NATE certifications. More than 50% of ARC’s service technicians are certified by the North American Technician Excellence, Inc., a non-profit, independent certification program for technicians in HVAC-R.

Examples of ARC Mechanical’s work may be found throughout Vermont and New Hampshire, including Dartmouth College’s Alumni Gym and Whittemore Hall, Brattleboro Memorial Hospital, Woodstock Inn, Cottage Hospital, and the Edgar May Health & Recreation Center.
