LANCASTER, PA. — Thermo Pride has received two research grants from the National Oilheat Research Association.

Over the next year, Thermo Pride will use the grants from NORA to research the feasibility of a two-stage oil furnace with an ECM motor, as well as to expand its line of ThermoPacks to include four- and five-ton versions of the packaged oil furnace/air conditioning units.

John Huber, president of NORA, said that providing funds for this type of research is critical to the success of NORA and the oil-heating industry.
