ONTARIO, CA — The International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO®) has released the latest editions of its useful Study Guides for the 2012 editions of the Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC) and Uniform Mechanical Code (UMC).
Developed as a tool for self-study or classroom training, the Study Guide assists users of the UPC and UMC in better understanding the requirements mandated by each code. Multiple-choice questions comprehensively cover key sections of every chapter of the codes. It is a useful tool for examination preparation for such certifications as inspector, contractor and journeyman, but is not meant to replace the intense study required for success on such exams, nor is it to be used as a replacement for the actual UPC or UMC.
