INDIANAPOLIS — Delta Faucet Company is pleased to announce that Jai Shah has been appointed as president of Delta Faucet Company and group vice president of Masco Corporation.

Shah joined Masco in 2003 and has held a variety of leadership roles in finance, corporate strategy and group operations, and most recently served as vice president-chief human resource officer.

Shah is preceded by Richard O’Reagan, who has been promoted to group president, Global Plumbing for Masco, effective immediately. 

“Over the years, Jai has contributed to the financial and strategic development of the Company,” said Keith Allman, president and CEO, Masco. “He is focused on the customer and, I believe, he will be instrumental in directing Delta into a new era of industry leadership.”

Prior to joining Masco, Shah held a number of management positions at JohnsonDiversey, Unilever and The Molson Companies. He is a certified public accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Accounting and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada.

Ken Roberts also has been appointed to vice president, international for Delta Faucet to lead the continued expansion in Delta Faucet Company’s international markets, leveraging key innovations and technology to continue building brand presence, expanding sales and enhancing distribution.

Roberts joined Delta Faucet Company as a materials director in 1993. During his career with Delta Faucet, Roberts has held roles within sourcing, business development and U.S. domestic sales organizations. Roberts holds a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, as well as a dual MBA from Northwestern University in manufacturing management and business administration.
