Barb Higgens has been the CEO/Executive Director of Plumbing Manufacturers International (PMI), Rolling Meadows, Illinois, for the last 16 years. She was presented with the 2014 Business Leader of the Year Award by Rolling Meadows Mayor Tom Rooney at annual Circle of Success dinner May 22, 2014. She is a graduate of Northern Illinois University.
